3. Payments
Brands: Fees for campaigns are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payments must be made promptly as per the agreed terms.
Creators: Payment will be processed once deliverables are approved by the brand, following the agreed campaign terms. Lynkast does not guarantee future sponsorships or specific earnings.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Lynkast website (logos, text, graphics, layouts) are the property of Lynkast unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Content produced by creators as part of campaigns remains the property of the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing. Brands may receive limited usage rights as specified in campaign agreements.
